Jenkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Homosassa

I’ve taken this vehicle in for service 4 times, evidently for 4 sensors (each wheel). It’s still doing the same thing it was doing when I brought it in the last time. Pulls hard to the right when I press the for 4 sensors (each wheel). It’s still doing the same thing it was doing when I brought it in the last time. Pulls hard to the right when I press the brakes. Then to the left when I release the brakes. I don’t have time to bring it in every time this happens. I give up. More

Went in for an oil change Saturday morning, came home and the truck was leaking oil badly. Got underneath the oil filter was so loose about to fall off with metal shavings all around the rim of the oil file the truck was leaking oil badly. Leaked out so much oil, so we went and purchased oil and new filter to make sure the metal flakes were just from the half-installed filter, the oil that was dirty, very dirty, do not think it was actually changed. Very unhappy and disappointed More

I’ve spent 100k on vehicles within the past year there and when one had a service issue, they were unwilling to provide me a loaner vehicle. Meanwhile they had my new 2021 ram there for 10 days. They said it was repaired, picked it up and same issue! I don’t have another 10 days to wait without my vehicle right now, so I will probably take it to Plaza dodge in Inverness FL for this warranty repair that still needs to be done. Not the service it used to be, that’s for sure! More
