Went in for an oil change Saturday morning, came home and the truck was leaking oil badly. Got underneath the oil filter was so loose about to fall off with metal shavings all around the rim of the oil file the truck was leaking oil badly. Got underneath the oil filter was so loose about to fall off with metal shavings all around the rim of the oil filet. Leaked out so much oil, so we went and purchased oil and new filter to make sure the metal flakes were just from the half-installed filter, the oil that was dirty, very dirty, do not think it was actually changed. Very unhappy and disappointed More

The Sales man was polite and he was ready to answer any questions I had. They were prompt when I told them I had a tire that was not holding the right amount or air. They fixed it. It had a nail in it. Als questions I had. They were prompt when I told them I had a tire that was not holding the right amount or air. They fixed it. It had a nail in it. Also I had an issue with hearing wind coming in the drivers side window even though the window was all the way up. They are going to order sealants for both window. It will take about two to three weeks, but it will be fixed. More
