This was the most crooked dealership I've ever personally known. I owned a company and I bought 4 full size crew cab pickup trucks, 2 crew cab Dakota pick ups, one 2500 max crew cab diesel pick up, one flat known. I got a good deal on everything and while sitting there I impulse bought a 300c from last years inventory. On that car, I should have gotten the same deal Mr Lamb promised me but Mr Ryan the finance guy got me for 45,000 on a 25,000 car. You can say it was my fault but it was not what I was promised for bringing my business to them. I called Mr Lamb many times but he hid under his desk. A coward and a thief. More

Horrible experience, I totally regret purchasing my car and servicing it with Crystal Automotive. The sales department “manipulates numbers to make the buyers and banks happy” (their words not mine). Well this “manipulation of numbers” added about $2,000 on top of the sticker price, not including the additional money I am paying off on my auto loan. Most recently the service department attempted to get me to pay $1,300 for a part that was working, and was malfunctioning due to a poor connection to my battery (which they installed). If you decided to go with this dealership please read every itemized detail and question everything! Sales people and finance department are rude and condescending! More
