This was a terrible Experience. The service dept had my car for almost a month to change a spring valve. Rather than being honest about having only one mechanic to fix it I was give The service dept had my car for almost a month to change a spring valve. Rather than being honest about having only one mechanic to fix it I was given multiple lies about waiting on parts and the warranty company took a while to approve the work. It was approved the day it was submitted to them. I had multiple no return phone calls after leaving messages. Finally I got in touch with Cami. She stated they only had one mechanic who could fix it and he was working on another customer car. When I finally got the call to pick up my car it wasn’t washed like Ashley said she would have done for me and all of the tires were low on air. In the red 27 not the recommended 34 psi. I had to ask for them to air up my tires. I was shocked they would try to send me on my way like that. This was a terrifying experience. I don’t ever plan on trusting this dealership with anything of mine. More
