Overall the team is good to work with. Tommy & Mike in the Service dept have been very easy to work with. The warranty work on both a taillight going out and needing the hood repainted on Tommy & Mike in the Service dept have been very easy to work with. The warranty work on both a taillight going out and needing the hood repainted on our 2020 Gladiator were flawless. The only trouble was immediately after getting our truck home from paint and body, that same afternoon, we found out the battery had a bad cell and needed replacement. Circumstantial...maybe, but only being 1,000 miles outside of the warranty and owning the Jeep less than 3 years I was at least hoping for a pro-rated amount. Will be going aftermarket when this battery gives out (in hopefully longer than 3 years). Will still return to this dealer for other needs as Tommy, Mike, shuttle guy (forgot his name) and the ladies in the service checkout area have all been pleasant and good to work with. More
