James 'Jimmy' was my sales person (not listed below in the survey, 5 stars btw!) and was great. I know my situation was a bit unique but my only critique would be to check the trade-in vehicle diagnostics before giving a financial number. Otherwise top-notch, better than my local dealerships. After a rocky start with a different sales person Damon made the sale for us with his willingness to listen and work towards our pricing range. My sales associate was great she did a good job. Jay on the other hand politely mislead, lied and did not take the time to explain the extra charges he put on my contract. I had traveled 4 hours to pick up my vehicle so when I got there I thought it would be all ready, I had filled out all my paperwork the day prior. Oh no they had me wait another 4 1/2 hours at the dealership wth this was disturbing and then I had to fill out my application again they said my original got lost, what a load of crap. Now I’m in Finance with Jay while my paperwork is being finished up, mind you I’ve sat on my but now for 4 hours that I can’t get back. He explained the extra warranty to me which I got another $3,000 ok, now he tells me all the perks I get and I am signing away 35 pieces of paperwork so at the end he hands me my usb to plug into my computer and said that’s all my paperwork. I now travel 4 hours home a 12 hour day. I put the usb in my computer instantly and find out I am financing $38K I thought I was financing $35,3K I don’t have any idea when my payments are due? I have NO paperwork on my warranties because as he was telling my my perks I didn’t know they were added fees. This was a horrible experience. Didn’t even get a picture with me and my new vehicle 2018 Titan. I am sad very very sad!!!!!! Confused!!!!!!!!!!!! Feeling Duped!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
