I arrived on time to my scheduled appointment at 130 pm only having to wait in line for 10 mins then another 10 mins for someone to approach me. I was there to have my pre purchased oil cap replaced. I was never told who my service representative was nor did he ever approach me. Shane is NOT helpful at all. I told him I had to be somewhere at 3pm and did not expect it to take an hour and a half to replace the cap. When I asked on a status update at 2:50 pm he told me the mechanics were working on it. I eventually had to leave WITHOUT the job being done. Shane gave me a bit of attitude when I asked why it took so long to get the jeep in the bay when I had an appointment and why so long for the mechanic to remove the cap. He told me they were busy. Well I understand that but what is the point then of making an appointment???? Shane told me I would need to pay for the part and I replied I purchased it last month (NEVER received a phone call to let me know it was in stock btw). I asked why the mechanic didn’t replace it and he said “something else could break and you need to leave”. Seriously???? If your mechanic can’t remove it without breaking something, then you need a new mechanic! I am NEVER bringing my Jeep here again!!!! Awful experience!! More

Felt like dealership was more interested in making a sale than making a happy customer. First, we were told that the slight rumble we felt on the used Jeep Wrangler during the test drive was the road. I late than making a happy customer. First, we were told that the slight rumble we felt on the used Jeep Wrangler during the test drive was the road. I later find out the transmission fluid was really, really bad. After changing it myself and adding a conditioner, I still have a slight shudder. Might cost me a new transmission. Second, we were left in the dark about the financing and we had to take additional action after the sale to connect to the lender so we can prepare for the payments. They said we would be financed by a CU... was not true. Third, in trying to get additional fobs programmed, because they sold the vehicle with only one key and fob, my emails have remained unanswered. I guess this is what I get for buying an "as is" vehicle while trying to confide in them. Not happy about the whole experience. Would not recommend, ever. More
