I like the people but they did not keep me informed as to what was going on and I was there two and a half hours to fix the handle on my door. The first person told me that they were replacing the opposite o what was going on and I was there two and a half hours to fix the handle on my door. The first person told me that they were replacing the opposite one because that's what they do. That made me angry. He should have been honest with me and told me that they did not know how to put the handle on so they had to tear the other one apart to figure out how to do it. I would have been happier if they would have just been honest and told me that they did not know how to do it instead of wasting my time. 😔 More
