The service representatives could benefit from some customer service training. First and foremost, greet your customers with a smile. Another point, people set appointments because they're busy and have to manage their time. The last thing you want to hear when you show up on time for an appointment is, "It'll be an hour or an hour and a half before we get you in". Now, if you're making your customers wait for long periods of time, you should create an environment where they can feel comfortable and won't mind waiting. This customer waiting area has made it to #1 on my list of "worst service waiting areas". It's small, a little cramped, dirty and lacks many amenorrhea offers at other dealerships. There aren't any business stations to get work done while you wait the ridiculous amount of time for simple services. After making these observations, I can only assume the technicians must have the same miserable attitude. With that thought in mind, I could not allow them to service my truck. I retrieved my keys and departed with my truck. This is why I prefer to drive an hour to the dealership in Clearwater for my vehicle services.
