He made the process extremely smooth as possible to guarantee a pleasurable experience while also valuing my time. I was then introduced to a man named Mike who provided me with a courtesy ride. As a woman who’s 8 months pregnant, I was truly grateful for the experience that Mike provided. He made me feel like the most important customer of the day. He was attentive, caring, and made the car ride enjoyable rather than what you might expect when riding in a car with a complete stranger. I have a Chrysler dealer right by my house in Ocala but I choose to drive 50 minutes to your dealer for this exact reason. The customer service is exceptional! As for my husband who’s a former mechanic, he only trusts your dealer with our vehicle. So, thank you! More
