I appreciate your position. I bought my truck at your dealership because you had one. Bought the Customer care package. Which included 2 free oil changes and 2 tire rotations. But not balancing an extra $54.95. They said I needed to change my fuel filters I agreed but was not aware it would cost 322.60 $198.45 for the filters. $124.15 for labor. Filters are available on line for less than $50.Watched a guy on Facebook change them in 30 minutes while recording the work. I understand everyone has to make money. Well you did this time. You will not get another chance from me. Your staff is friendly.
