I will start off by saying initially I was not happy that I had to wait almost two hours to get my oil changed and tires rotated after being told it would take only 45 minutes when I scheduled the service th I had to wait almost two hours to get my oil changed and tires rotated after being told it would take only 45 minutes when I scheduled the service the week before. I expressed my concern and promptly received a call back from Christy (Service Manager). She apologized and also spoke to the staff updating them on time frames for service. I appreciate that she listened and took care of the issue. At least next time I will be able to schedule the appointment keeping in mind that it will possibly be longer than normal wait times. Part of the issue is that they were busy and mostly due to the fact of staff shortages which we know is happening in Citrus County. Be kind and give Grace when needed. I will be back in a few months to have them service my car again. More

Even though, I negotiated the order through the original owners, the Jenkins folks honored the agreement. Truck was ordered in September and delivered on December 10, 2021. I was very pleased with the salesman Nathan Micael and the Finance department. They did everything they said they would do and no tricks or extras that I did not want.
