This was the most crooked dealership I've ever personally known. I owned a company and I bought 4 full size crew cab pickup trucks, 2 crew cab Dakota pick ups, one 2500 max crew cab diesel pick up, one flat known. I got a good deal on everything and while sitting there I impulse bought a 300c from last years inventory. On that car, I should have gotten the same deal Mr Lamb promised me but Mr Ryan the finance guy got me for 45,000 on a 25,000 car. You can say it was my fault but it was not what I was promised for bringing my business to them. I called Mr Lamb many times but he hid under his desk. A coward and a thief. More

While communicating with finance I was informed they had sold the truck and it was no longer for sale. Absolutely, the worse experience ever at any car dealership. I’ll never buy from again. Horrible experience, I totally regret purchasing my car and servicing it with Crystal Automotive. The sales department “manipulates numbers to make the buyers and banks happy” (their words not mine). Well this “manipulation of numbers” added about $2,000 on top of the sticker price, not including the additional money I am paying off on my auto loan. Most recently the service department attempted to get me to pay $1,300 for a part that was working, and was malfunctioning due to a poor connection to my battery (which they installed). If you decided to go with this dealership please read every itemized detail and question everything! Sales people and finance department are rude and condescending! More

You know the ones Extended Warranties, overpriced GAP that you can get pennies on the dollar else where if you need it, tire and wheel yada yada yada.... When We refused the finance guy got visibly and demonstrably angry pounding on his key board like a two year old etc.... Even after we were 100 % clear about not wanting any of there "add on" products, there was magically: 1. a xx Dupont paint protection ( you know the one where they apply a few ounces of glorified wax, and scotch guard you can buy at wal-mart for two dollars) then added several hundred dollars to the price of your vehicle protection package added on. I looked at the "install date and it was the date of purchase AFTER we had already told them we absolutely did not want any of their "upsell products". Of course the excuse for this is "it's already applied" it's mandatory now. 2. When the finance guy was touting how wonderful their GPS "theft protection" was, I specifically asked if it was an add on would it cost more. his words were "it won't cost you one extra penny" Of course by that time he already had the sales kid go install it and it was... you guessed it installed and now "mandatory" When I saw the extra cost on the contract. All in all they ripped us off about 1,500 bucks. We completed the purchase partly because we were simply tired of being there (this is what they thrive/ depend on). What is absolutely infuriating is that they pull the same crap to a much higher degree with old retired folks who may not even know any better. I knew they in my opinion borderline fraudulently screwed us out of 1,500 bucks other likely never even know. We told them we wanted none of the extras very clearly they added on any way then called it mandatory. We should have walked out right then. Please don't make our mistake, save your self the trouble by finding a reputable dealer. I will be extremely happy when I get their corporate survey in the mail. I hope their shady ways was worth us doing our part to make sure they don't bonus off our sale!! More

I’ve coined a the saying ‘Crystal Beats their customers Black and Blue’. Meaning ; They want full retail Blue Book value for their vehicles and want to give you wholesale Black Boom value for your vehicle.. Do yourself a favor and drive to Tampa or somewhere else to buy. It’ll save you thousands. They think the public is stupid... You’ve been warned.... More
