Took my Jeep in for oil change and tire rotation. I showed up at my appointment time pulled up to find employees everywhere must have been 6 or more in the blue Jenkins shirts, No one checked me in, I showed up at my appointment time pulled up to find employees everywhere must have been 6 or more in the blue Jenkins shirts, No one checked me in, each new person said the someone else would take care of me, no one did for quite some time. Finally someone talked to me and started to check me, mind you I made my appointment online and most of info gathering was done, year make miles what i wanted done ect the tablet battery went dead twice during the check in as well, I was then told it would be and hour and a half ? that's a long time to wait for an oil change I had an appointment for as far as I was concerned, So i opted out of the wash ( which is complimentary but would take a half hour). After just over an hour the car showed up back in the receiving area but no one came for me. so after about 10 Minutes I walked outside and told them that was my car. No one talked to me about the work done or any finding with the inspection they were supposed to do, Again with the same bit i don't have your paperwork i'll go find it. Finally a fellow said follow me and we headed to the cashier. He set the bill on the counter without telling me anything or showing it to me. The cashier stated a price which higher then the estimate. I advised her that I had Jenkins coupons for the oil change and the 5$ off the rotation. She then had to go find the service writer whom id already shown the coupons and redo the bill. I did get a reduced total ??? but not sure it was correct but I was ready to go. After about an hour and twenty minutes into my one hour appointment ( mind you i gave up the promised car wash) I get into my car to find my seat and mirror setting were all changed and my oil change meter had not been reset to new. Kind picky i guess but who changes all your seat and mirrors for a 300 foot drive. I was unimpressed to say the least. It appears they are new to that location from the signs ( im new to the area ) but they have room for improvement. More
