Service was very good and the staff was professional. However I would be leary on recommending to anyone. As this is now a Jenkins owned dealership and we had a terrible experience with Jenkins Mazda so However I would be leary on recommending to anyone. I’ve taken this vehicle in for service 4 times, evidently for 4 sensors (each wheel). It’s still doing the same thing it was doing when I brought it in the last time. Pulls hard to the right when I press the for 4 sensors (each wheel). It’s still doing the same thing it was doing when I brought it in the last time. Pulls hard to the right when I press the brakes. Then to the left when I release the brakes. I don’t have time to bring it in every time this happens. I give up. More
I took my Jeep in for some brake work. First, we had an appointment. When we dropped it off, we were told it may be a couple of days before they could work on it because they were suppose to have been clo appointment. When we dropped it off, we were told it may be a couple of days before they could work on it because they were suppose to have been closed today. The next day I was quoted $1356.10 for the work. On Friday, they called to let me know my Jeep was ready to pick up but they said misquoted the work and want $1750 for the work they did. Unacceptable! And their flimsy excuse of "we just changed hands" is just insulting. I hope their work isn't as shoddy as their customer service. More

I’ve coined a the saying ‘Crystal Beats their customers Black and Blue’. Meaning ; They want full retail Blue Book value for their vehicles and want to give you wholesale Black Boom value for your vehicle.. Do yourself a favor and drive to Tampa or somewhere else to buy. It’ll save you thousands. They think the public is stupid... You’ve been warned.... More
BAD BAD BAD Purchase was fine. Service said they used synthetic oil for diesel oil changes and the price they gave me. LIE! Service will not answer phone. Service Purchase was fine. Jerk at drop off moving cars and telling me to move mine after I got in line. Never said hello/how are you or something. Was nice to the old lady and moved her car up. Just a bad service dept all the way around. Spoke to Bill the general manager. He was the only one that could make me an apt to get my oil changed in the 75K truck I bought from them!!! Plaza Dodge in Inverness was super happy to help me. I am now saying goodbye to the 1/2 price oil changes you get when you buy from crystal. Not worth it. Will pay full price and get synthetic from Plaza for $127. Still a deal on the diesel and only have to change every 15k not 7K with reg oil. BTW, don't go to Jim Brown, they are just as bad. Cant even make a service apt for oil. First come first serve only!!!! More

We used our navigation to the closest dealer which was Crystal. They were very professional and genuinely nice. They were able to get us in..in less than an hour! Not only did they take care of what we came in for but 2 recalls...oil change and service..they did all this in about 3 hours and we were on our way to enjoy are vacation! Was even served cookies and fresh fruit while we waited! Checked on us often and even offered to go get us lunch somewhere! Best service we have ever had! Everyone was very nice and took time with us. Something will will remember when comes time to buy a new dodge! Thank you again Crystal! More

Dealership is far and go and then I got to come all the way back to take care of previous issues they promised . Paperwork lost in move. And, it wasn't known to me that Chrysler 200 have a glitch in the brakes they squeak! Who the xxxx wants a convertiable that the breaks squeaks! Embarrassing ! Now the car has chips, had super coated everything, they said the love bugs would just slide right off cause of the coating! They didn't , now there suggestion is taking Bounce sheets and wiping them off! A joke! Don't get into there crappy deals , although the service department appears to be ok, first time in homosasssa , but in Inverness JJ was superior. More
