Waiting room needs a do over as chairs are hard and uncomfortable and some idiot garbage was streaming on the tv. Why not BayNews 9 or something more of interest to the age of the customers waiting whi uncomfortable and some idiot garbage was streaming on the tv. Service staff were great - just need more comfort for these long waiting times. More
