The service rep Brenda, advised me to come soon and was able to give me an appointment for that afternoon. Staci was my Customer Service Rep and took care of everything and explained what additional work was needed. I was there maybe 90 minutes in total . I highly recommend this service . More

Eric Ventura, my service adviser, has been with Honda for over 20 years. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything at a level that I can understand. The waiting area is first-class. There are even a few cubicles that you can hide in if you want privacy. Oh, and did I mention donuts and coffee? This place really knows who the customer is and how to treat them right. More

Prompt and thorough I brought my car to Jenkins Honda because what I feel was an incomplete repair made by Allan Nott Honda in Lima Ohio in July 2018.
