Sales staff too pushy. Six salesmen on me in 15 minutes while waiting for John Harbaugh. A couple won't take "no thank you" for an answer. "Can I help you?" "No thank you. I'm waiting for John". "Can I show you something while you're waiting for John?" "No thank you". "Well, if you need anything or have an questions, l'll be happy to help you until John is free." "No thank you". Wife heard lady on front desk tell one salesman; "Follow him" ....

I was hesitant when I walked in because there were so many people having their vehicle serviced but I was quickly at ease . Dave took great care of me and communicated every move so I was always informed . Love the space that they have for people to wait in . I brought my work with me and sat in one of the cubbies and was able to be productive while I waited .
