Came for a recall and left with a new vehicle I brought my car in for an airbag recall. I mentioned to the lady at the service desk I wanted to look at new vehicles. She contacted Jeff Wotring and I brought my car in for an airbag recall. I mentioned to the lady at the service desk I wanted to look at new vehicles. She contacted Jeff Wotring and I was introduced to him. Jeff a very pleasant person, made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. We even shared photos of our dogs. I drove 2 different vehicles that I was interested in and he explained everything I needed to know as each vehicle was a little different from each other. He answered all the questions I had. I did have some corcerns after my purchase (nothing to do with Jeff) which was straightened out. I worked Raul who went over my sales contract and explained everything before signing. The service manager paged my salesperson (Lee Young) who came immediately. One of my issues was a stain on the back seat (which was my fault!). Lee reached out to the right team who immediately went to work on the problem. Unfortunately the stain is still there but Lee said we can try to steam it next.
