New Hampshire Customer I usually have all of my car service done when I am home in NH. Living at The Villages for the winter months, I received a recall notice pertaining t I usually have all of my car service done when I am home in NH. Living at The Villages for the winter months, I received a recall notice pertaining to my battery sensor. Therefore, I brought my Accord to Jenkins Honda to have this taken care of. While taking care of the recall, I was informed that my 5 year old original battery was testing low and was offered a new battery. Kristie was most helpful and pleasant, informed me about the battery warranty, and all of the service done was performed in less than an hour. More

The coffee/hot chocolate was ready as were the doughnuts ( a nice add on ) In less than 30 minutes, the car was ready and the price was well within my budget. Staci has been my advisor before and your company should be proud of how she conducts business for you. She has always been delightful, as well as knowledgeable. Great experience Started out as a service call for our old CRV. Ended up with a new 2018 CRV. Bill sold us 2 other cars so while we waited for service, we asked to see a 2018. After some negotiations, we drove out with a new car. Bill was an excellent salesman, as usual. All the other people we worked with, finance, customer service, etc. were professional and accommodating. Next car we buy will be another Honda from Bill Gleason at Jenkins! More
