Service was completed within an hour with oil change, filter change, tire rotation, and cabin air filter changed. The customer lounge was comfortable with usable wifi. Staci was my service advisor...I highly recommend her. But I can't leave without giving another jab at the really crappy gps in the Honda. I have this beautiful Touring CRV with all the bells and whistles, but the GPS is so bad, I have a $99 Garmin hanging on my windshield. I know the newer Hondas have a better system, but Honda should do something about the unusable systems that are still under warranty. They should be embarrassed. More
