My wife was looking for a Santa Fe Calligraphy hybrid on a Sunday. Trading in a REALLY nice luxury SUV because we’re moving and the area we’re moving to doesn’t have that brand of vehicle dealership within 2hrs of the area. So, she specifically wanted a Green Exterior/tan interior. I’m going to leave the car salesman name out because I’m not trying to shame him or make him look bad. But, he took us to the secondary lot and we looked around and then went back to talk numbers. My wife wanted to lease as she drives like, 300mi/month. So, that’s where things went downhill. My wife had found a specific one online for $47k(ish). We start talking numbers as magically it’s $57k. Nah. So then it’s back and forth. Finally, it turns into “oh, we sold that one…but we can find you another one”. Then, it turns into “I found one but it’s at the port. We can have it ready for you Monday. Take this loaner home and we’ll see you tomorrow”. So, after going back and forth on numbers we square away the deal and sign. Didn’t actually sign financial documentation yet, just the initial paperwork. Salesman is like “can you be here at 1030am? My wife works…but she takes the morning off. So Monday comes…while’s she’s literally on her way, she gets a call…it’s not ready. “It’ll be ready tomorrow.” Tuesday comes…near the end of the day we’re told “it won’t be ready until tomorrow”. So Wednesday comes and he texts and says it’s ready and then wants to nail down a time. Well, “we’ll be there when we get there. We both work so, whenever we can get there after work.” He says ok. What he doesn’t tell us is he schedules us for 4pm with the finance guy. So, we get there around 4:30 and have to wait until after 5:20 to actually begin paperwork because this dude just marked us down for a random-xxx time without telling us and the finance guy does all his appointments by schedule. Legit….worst experience ever. All the back and forth. Trying to penny pinch every dollar. Talking to us like we haven’t been buying cars our entire lives. Lol. Crazy work. Now….here’s where Jenkin’s goes from an F to an A+. Victor. The finance guy. My guy is S-Tier. He came in, apologized for the delay…heard me out….because you know I was going to say my part about the entire experience, respectfully of course…but pointedly. This guy…not only did he hear me, acknowledge me, and offer a sincere apology; but he accepted responsibility for everything and said “how our customers are treated isn’t just a reflection on that one employee - it’s a reflection on our entire staff and the Hyundai brand. Allow me to make this right. And, make it right here did. He honored everything we asked…got us in at the price we wanted. Treated us with intentional kindness - not that fake kindness where you can tell someone is just trying to make a deal and get paid. Jenkins did right putting Victor in that position. He saved the day and saved that deal. As we were leaving, he ensured us “should you ever need anything, call me directly and I will personally make sure you’re taken care of.” People…this isn’t a Bentley dealership (that’s where we bought the SUV we traded in…so I know how you get treated at a Bentley dealership…and it’s TOP QUALITY. I wasn’t expecting that same quality of sales service at a Hyundai dealership….but by the time we drove off in my wife’s new Sante Fe…I felt like we received that same Bentley level of customer service. For that, I personally thank you, Victor. You shifted that entire experience and I sincerely hope you have a long a successful career. Jenkins….whatever you’re paying him…it’s not enough, I assure you. More

They were very patient and listened to what my concerns were. Additionally, they answered all my questions. The Vehicle was prepped and brought to me in sparkling new condition. Also, the Financial Manager, Victor Das, did the finance paperwork and made that very easy. He even canceled two maintenance contracts from a previous purchase. All in all I was happy with all the interactions with everyone at Jenkins Hyundai. More
I had an extremely concerning experience with this dealership and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution. A check from my insurance company was issued for vehicle repairs that were never authorized or completed, yet the dealership still cashed it. At no point did I approve the work, nor was I properly informed that any repairs had been initiated. This raises serious concerns about their business practices and internal controls. When I attempted to resolve the issue, I did not receive clear answers or accountability, which only added to the frustration. Situations involving financial transactions—especially insurance funds—require transparency, communication, and integrity, all of which were lacking here. I recommend that anyone working with this dealership carefully review all documentation, approvals, and payments before proceeding. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with them. More

I would rate a 0 if I had the ability to. Brought my Ioniq 5 in because it stopped charging after a recall update. They said it was me and to upgrade my system at home. I did. Still didn't ch Brought my Ioniq 5 in because it stopped charging after a recall update. They said it was me and to upgrade my system at home. I did. Still didn't charge. Took it in again for a week - they said that I needed a charge point charger at home installed by an electrician. I did. Still didn't change. Chargepoint service told me it was the car. Took it back. They couldn't replicate the problem because they did not have a level 2 charger and refused to use the dealer provided charger. Told me to just go use their supercharger - which works, but its a pain to use that one and there's only 1 public one in the entire city. Even though Level 1, level 2, and Tesla chargers with adapter - all worked fine for 3 years, I was to accept that they just aren't an option for me anymore. I said it made the car worthless. How could I sell it to anyone when it couldn't charge. So they asked me to check multiple chargers and document it. I did. It's been in again now - for 3 weeks - still there- They finally tried to charge it on March 1st with the basic dealer provided charger after I begged them to try it-- it blew the fuses to half of their shop!! Instead of realizing the car had a problem- they said they had to order a new charger and would not check it at a level 2 charger until they received the new charger- which took 5 days. But that was Friday and it's Wednesday night. The car hasn't moved since March 2. Bottom line - I'm still waiting. And they don't have a loaner for me - just too busy. I would never use Jenkins again after them ignoring the problem multiple times. They could probably reinstall the update and I would be fine - but all I've gotten is a runaround. And this is with an 8 year warranty. What good is it when I have just 15,000 miles but their answer is that I have 1 public supercharger that I can use 10 miles away from home and no others in at least a 50 mile radius?? Warranty not honored, Issues ignored, technicians doing nothing and service advisers who blame the customer for the problem. No, I could not recommend them. More
