One reason for the service visit was to resolve a repeat problem with a "low pressure" warning light for my front right tire. Service was great. Only issue was the wait time for an Oil Change was 1 3/4 hrs. I had an appointment the day before, when I arrived, I was told the wait time would be a minimum of 2 hrs. before they get Oil Change was 1 3/4 hrs. I came in to have my 2022 Tucson serviced for the first time. I was very concerned about not being able to unlock the doors from the back seat. I had called your dealership a couple of weeks ago and talked time. I was very concerned about not being able to unlock the doors from the back seat. When I came in for service I talked to Tiffany, my service rep. She went out of her way to find out how or why this situation was occurring. She got into the back seat and eventually found that you had to pull the door handle twice to open the door. More
