It’s apparent that making an appointment for service at this dealer is for Jenkin’s benefit, not the customer. I today had to wait close to 2 hours for a simple oil change. No filters, no tire rotation this dealer is for Jenkin’s benefit, not the customer. I today had to wait close to 2 hours for a simple oil change. No filters, no tire rotation, just an oil change. Once the advisor took my keys and verified my personal information, I didn’t hear a word from him for an hour and 30 minutes. I went looking for him and he said they’d just finished the oil change and would run it through the car wash. 15 minutes later, I went looking for him again and spotted him having a smoke in the parking lot with another advisor. By the time I paid my bill, it was 1 hour and 55 minutes! I was given no explanation or apology. As they have no appreciation for my time, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. The price of the oil change was the only pleasant part of the experience. More
