Do yourself a favor and look for another dealership. We had a pleasant purchasing experience (aside from the salesman making us get on the phone with his wife to make hair appointments that we did not go t had a pleasant purchasing experience (aside from the salesman making us get on the phone with his wife to make hair appointments that we did not go to), but then came the time for Jenkins to follow through on their obligations. I purchased “extras” for my vehicle and was told at the time of purchase parts needed to be ordered and I would be contacted to have them installed. After a week I hadn’t received a call, so I called to check in and was told someone would call me back. I have since called and been promised call backs 6 times and continue to get the run around 3 weeks later. I have also contacted the GM (Steven) who gave a thoughtless apology and copied his department managers on an email requesting they get this taken care of. Unsurprisingly no one has contacted me. I’ve opened a case with Hyundai and plan to contact the owner of Jenkins tomorrow and see if maybe he can get his team to do their jobs or reimburse me for the work they seem incapable of or unwilling to do. Also, they sold me a maintenance warranty that is only good at their dealership knowing that Hyundai is currently offering it for free on 2020 and newer vehicles (as confirmed by Hyundai Corporate). They're deplorable, go somewhere else. More
