The overall purchase was good however the car that we traded in still has not been paid off so we are receiving calls daily for that. We are also still waiting on the "we owe you's" on things to be done traded in still has not been paid off so we are receiving calls daily for that. We are also still waiting on the "we owe you's" on things to be done to the car we purchased - some things were back-ordered I am sure due to covid but nonetheless still waiting. Additionally, we had to jump through hoops that we have never had to jump through before with the bank they chose for us. To be honest it was a bit frustrating all the things we had to do when we have never had to in the past. More
