The sales person brought the trade in deal to my wife while I was cleaning out the car to be traded... my 2 year old upgraded Toyota Rav 4 was in very good condition with only 31,000 miles... worth every while I was cleaning out the car to be traded... my 2 year old upgraded Toyota Rav 4 was in very good condition with only 31,000 miles... worth every penny of $30,000 on a trade in if not a little more... I would have been satisfied with $30 but was hoping for more...in the end, we are financing $43 for a $34,000 new car... My wife kept saying we are getting $30 for trade but the sales person gave her paperwork stating $24 for the trade... On top of that, we had to put $3,200 down to try and keep the financing numbers below my current payment...so we really only git $21 for our beautiful Rav 4 on trade... we when back to see the manager and he showed me the paper my wife had signed...but was nice enough to give us the 1.9 finance rate... So needless to say, getting $21 for a $30 trade-in will never settle good with me... More
