Wednesday with Kirstie As always we were greeted warmly by a staff member who confirmed our reason for being at the service area. Kirstie was at her desk as we walked in and As always we were greeted warmly by a staff member who confirmed our reason for being at the service area. Kirstie was at her desk as we walked in and was ready with our paperwork in a flash. When everything was done, she came over for the signature and off we went in about an hour. (Of course, the Hubz had enjoyed a fresh donut from the snack area.) The waiting area is comfortable and spacious. Always a pleasure to visit Jenkins Hyundai in Ocala! More

What is next?? We paid extra when we got the car for Free Service for 3 years. While I realize the service should be done right and things shouldn'd be rushed, I think your time to change oil and check the car could be quicker. It routinely takes around one and a half hrs. for the service from start to finish, but it is done right so that means something. More

Finally after months of worry my vehicle was fixed. My vehicle had an issue with the air conditioner cooling and I put a claim in with the company after discussing with your service department. I spoke My vehicle had an issue with the air conditioner cooling and I put a claim in with the company after discussing with your service department. I spoke with I think Maria twice. She was to get back with me last fall and never did. So when I brought my vehicle in for oil change my service person Keith was super nice and efficient. He told me that there was a repair as of February and no one had contacted me. My vehicle was repaired but I'm still very upset with the lack of service follow up from this dealership. This is my second vehicle and I hope not my last but it is possible. Your people that should be taking care of these issue do not. Hope you get this fixed. Thanks to Keith my vehicle will hopefully run the way it is suppose to. It is only a 2017. Take care. Annette Abernathy More

An hour & 45 mins was slow for an oil change & tire rotation Our appointment was for 9:00 am. Dropped off the car at 8:45. Was ready at 10:45. As usual the wait was pleasant, especially this time, since we were only pestered once by a salesperson looking for prospective car buyers. Jim Mucci, the service advisor, was very helpful and promptly completed the paperwork for the service work. After about an hour and a half I approached Jim and asked him about the status of our car. He went and checked and said the car was being washed and would be available shortly. Overall I am always pleased with the service work, the donuts and coffee in the morning and your pleasant service personnel. Not so much with the salesmen cruising the area looking for prospective car buyers. Congratulations to Aaron Fields for his promotion to Service manager. Hyundai made a good choice. More
