Always the same great service/repairs whenever I take my car in. Cars was repaired & once again drives great. Off topic, I must admit I have reservations about the 2.4L engine in my car with 95,000+ miles o car in. Cars was repaired & once again drives great. Nowadays, that’s a period when the engine should be just getting ‘broken’ in. More

I took my 2020 Kona Ultimate to Jenkins for warranty repair on 2/19/20. I have homes in Bedford, NH, and Ocala, and had purchased the vehicle in NH before driving to Ocala for the winter. A blind spot w repair on 2/19/20. I have homes in Bedford, NH, and Ocala, and had purchased the vehicle in NH before driving to Ocala for the winter. A blind spot warning system sensor had gone bad. Jenkins replaced the sensor, and brought the vehicle back out. The technician brought the vehicle out and gave the keys and paperwork to the service advisor. I sat there for 40 minutes after my car was finished, waiting for my keys to be returned. I finally complained to the gentleman who waits outside for service patrons to drive up, and he tracked down my keys. The service advisor claimed that she was "backed up", but the number of patrons in the waiting area, as well as the number of cars in the "finished" area, contradicts this claim. I feel the the advisor's attitude was "Let him wait". Whatever the reason, a 40 minute wait to reclaim a vehicle after it's completed is UNACCEPTABLE. More
I was unsatisfied with my visit to the repair facility UNTIL Franchesca Stone stepped up. I was in for the PSI going down in two of my tires. After a couple of hours, my car was returned to me but I was UNTIL Franchesca Stone stepped up. I was in for the PSI going down in two of my tires. After a couple of hours, my car was returned to me but I wasn't satisfied that the repairs were complete. She asked a serviceman to equalize the air in all my tires and asked me to take my car home with the caveat that I could bring it back if there were any problems. I went home, noticing on the way that the tire pressure indicator software in my car showed a couple of tires slowly losing air. I called Franchesca and told her the situation. Upon my arrival back at your repair facility, she got my cqr back in quickly and a new examination showed the repairs were, indeed, incomplete. What was necessary was then done and we went home happy and SAFE. Franchesca is to be recognized for her customer service attitude and actions. We ask God to continue to bless her. Thank you for having her there to provide such outstanding customer service. More
