Bait and Switch Smith Kia tried to bait and switch the price of the vehicle that I was looking at. They tried to give me the car for $27,000 when the ad was for $22,0 Smith Kia tried to bait and switch the price of the vehicle that I was looking at. They tried to give me the car for $27,000 when the ad was for $22,000. Then tried to say the dealer fees was $990 when in fact it is $799. Salesman was horrible!!! Didn’t get the car because I still need to work on my credit and I’m ok with that. Just know everybody ain’t no fool! More

Because we had looked online Chris Morano went the extra step and made sure that we were bank approved. So the financing was painless with no waiting. When it came to meeting with Jordan Dill he could not have been more accommodating, he explained the financing and warranty packages and then we signed all the papers and we on our way with a brand new car. Before we left though Jason took the time to explain all the zillions of features that the optima has and got us connected with CarPlay. He was a great salesman along with Chris and Jordan.
