So I was very hesitant on going to this dealership was just not having it and then Aaron made it a very good experience my wife had a job interview over the phone and he talked to me and my grandma the wh just not having it and then Aaron made it a very good experience my wife had a job interview over the phone and he talked to me and my grandma the whole time we where there. We probably spent 5 hours before deciding and the whole time Aaron was was great made us laugh and helped us get what we wanted for the price we wanted. We ended up buying a Kia Sorento 2019 very nice car and the next morning we picked it up nicely detailed and he bought us lunch easy to get ahold of if you need anything he is a great guy More

I really love the used car I bought but I wasn't impressed with Jenkins Kia. They just didn't seem to want to make a deal. They didn't come down at all from the price quoted even though we asked, impressed with Jenkins Kia. They just didn't seem to want to make a deal. They didn't come down at all from the price quoted even though we asked, so we walked away. 2 days later, I called them back to see if they wanted to sell the car and if so, would they come down on the price at all? He restated the old salesman's pitch that if they were to deduct anything, they wouldn't make any money on the car. Although, he did agree to come down a few hundred dollars. But here is what I really objected to, the IKON, Recon, and Autobond add-on charge Plus the dealer fee. That had absolutely no added value to me or my car. Lastly, when we told Roger Bailey that we had good friends that recommended that we check out Jenkins Kia, he said that he would make sure that they received a $100 referral reward. Except when it came time to sign all the paperwork, we didn't have the certificate from our friends nor did we request to see Timmy, their salesperson when we first arrived. Alas, our friends, who bought 3 Kias in the last 2 years from Jenkins will not receive any referral reward. So, although, I love my new to me Kia, I'm not a fan of this Jenkins Kia. More
