They tried to find the problem with the rear end of the car. They should have removed the shocks and ran a pressure release test on each shock (rear). We have had the frame checked for square, full alignment (4 wheel) and no results. We are on our third set of tires in 68000 miles. The rear are cupped in equal staggers both sides. They rebalanced the tires, which changed nothing. We have a lifetime alignment and Ballance on this vehicle. If this cannot be resolved in a short order we will be forced to trade to a different make. I feel no one really tried to resolve our situation. I felt we were just charged for some time and blown off. They should have contacted someone at KIA for help. This is not going away. Very UNHAPPY. More
