My husband and I came in to look at several models, Soul +, Sportage and preowned Sorrento after doing an online credit application and speaking to ou My husband and I came in to look at several models, Soul +, Sportage and preowned Sorrento after doing an online credit application and speaking to our internet salesman, William Hedges over the phone. 'Will' and his manager, Samantha States were very knowledgeable about all three vehicles and answered all of our questions. We decided on the Soul + and by the time we did, the color we chosen had been sold. The dealership assured us that they would find the vehicle we had chosen with the options we wanted and they did. We came in a couple of days later when our vehicle arrived and everything was ready to go. Will & Samantha showed us many of the features on the car hands on which frankly would have taken us much longer to learn on our own, which was GREAT! We next met with Yvonne Stoltenberg to sign our papers and she explained all of the details on the financing and additional options we were eligible to select. She was able to get us an even lower rate than we had anticipated which was AWESOME! We left with our vehicle and learned that evening that my husband was missing a key to some work equipment which we suspected had fallen out of his pocket in our trade vehicle. He spoke to Will the following morning and Will was so kind as to go out and look for the key and he found it, which was in my opinion is, ABOVE AND BEYOND, what we expected. We are so happy that we selected Citrus Kia for our new car purchase and you have definitely made a lifetime customer. We will definitely recommend you to anyone who is ever looking for a vehicle.
