Yvonne and Dave made fast work of the paperwork and I was leaving a little ahead of time, happy with my new Soul. I have been to many dealerships over the years to buy or lease vehicle, but I must say, I did not feel any pressure at all at this Citrus Kia. He is easy to work with and ALWAYS does his utmost to give us what we want. Never pushy, all you need to do is ask. He will do what ever possible to meet your requests. Once you buy your car the next important group is service, after the quality cars the service is what brings us back. They are courteous, fast and do the work properly. We have never had a complaint about them. We had a gasket around our bug deflector come lose. While in for some updates they replaced bug deflector to make sure it was done right. This brings us to management, the quality of the care you get is directly attributed to the quality of management. If management is bad the people are not happy and that effects how they appear to the public. This is a 5 star establishment and you see it the minute you walk through the. We had a person hit our car and when we brought it in for repairs they treated us like royalty from beginning to end.
