Great Dealership for Service and Sales! I went into Citrus Kia yesterday because my engine light came on. Paul Duvall in the service department was really nice and helpful! He explained that a sensor had tripped and that I needed to have it replaced. He explained the charges completely and let me know exactly how long I would have to wait for my car to be ready. While I was there I spoke with Rob Holton who is a salesman for Citrus as well. He took me out for a test drive in the new Sportage. What a great car! Rob was super knowledgeable about the car and the possible financing too. If I wasn't completely in love with my current 2007 Sportage, I would have snapped that car up! Thankfully Kia makes cars that really last and after having the repairs completed I was on my way again...One more happy customer! Best sales consultant - JOE TARACATAC I came to Citrus Kia to look at SUVs, after researching on the internet. After I told sales rep Paul Taracatac what my requirements were, he showed me I came to Citrus Kia to look at SUVs, after researching on the internet. After I told sales rep Paul Taracatac what my requirements were, he showed me different cars while explaining the reasons he thought the cars would work for me. He took me for test drives in several different models, and took the time to be sure I was comfortable with each SUV. He even got me to drive a Soul (after I told him I always thought they looked like toasters) and I found that it was much more spacious than I thought and fun to drive. I received complete, undivided attention from Paul for the lengthy amount of time that I was there, and he was able to answer my many questions. It was tell me what you want and what do I need to do to earn your business. We worked out a very good deal and I ordered my new Sorento. My next experience was with John Keegan when my new Sorento was delivered to me. John made the finalization of the purchase very smooth and enjoyable. He went over the entire vehicle inside and out with me to make sure I was completely satisfied and that everything was exactly what I ordered. All of the final paperwork was done with Adam McRae. Adam was also intent on making the deal as enjoyable as paperwork can be. The bottom line is that I shopped at a KIA dealership in Leesburg and the experience was terrible. I went to Citrus KIA in Crystal River got twice the vehicle for less money and had a great experience. The drive to Citrus KIA from where ever you are will be well worth the drive.
