Gotta LOVE Citus Kia's business model and employees. This is the first time buying a new car that I ever walked away liking the salesman, JOE SLATER. Great guy who happens to sell cars. He's super knowl This is the first time buying a new car that I ever walked away liking the salesman, JOE SLATER. Great guy who happens to sell cars. He's super knowledgeable about his products from horse power to teaching me how to work all the insane option features in a modern KIA! The dealership itself is laid back classic rock style: No one tried to sell me at all. I took two days to sift through the magnitude of cars and available options. NO ONE BOTHERED ME,! I was never rushed! I have many friends who purchased cars through Joe Slater also. They all say the same thing' "great guy". Adam McRae was also very respectful of my elderly parents and provided substantial assistance upon a subsequent visit to have some cash refunded for an option they decided they did not want. Great business model : Sell a lot of cars at a reasonable margin instead of sell a few for high margin (Ford, Chevy, etc.. No Pressure, nice atmosphere, extremely courteous staff, what more could a consumer ask for in a local auto dealer? My family has found a home base for new cars as long as Citrus Kia sticks to this business model. Thank you Joe and Adam. More
