This by far was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Unlike other dealerships, we were not immediately pounded upon as we browsed their cars. When Elisha came to see us, she was very friendly and courteous and gave us a booklet as we said we were interested in the Soul but not ready to take a test drive or go further. A few days later, we again went to Citrus Kia and ready to possibly make a deal. After taking a test drive, we decided we wanted to purchase a Soul. The rest of the buying process went smoothly and we were very pleased with our trade-in value. We were even given free oil changes and tire rotation for a year. Although the car we wanted wasn't in their possession, we were told it would be ready the next day. And it was. This is a fun yet professional dealership. We had our picture taken with our new car and Elisha. We were told they have a dinner for new (and used) car buyers and even a golf tournament. Elisha did a good job of explaining the features in our car and even programmed our cell phone. All in all, we would recommend Citrus Kia highly. More

Citrus Kia Has a Heart and Soul! I am a Senior Citrus Kia Has a Heart and Soul! I am a Senior Citizen. In December of 2012, my car was backed into in a parking lot. The drivers’ insurance comp Citrus Kia Has a Heart and Soul! I am a Senior Citizen. In December of 2012, my car was backed into in a parking lot. The drivers’ insurance company fixed the car by sending me to a Auto Body Shop in Citrus County. They did a good job, but the paint job they provided was not my color. I complained to the shop and the owner of the shop said it was a good match and he could not do any better. Not knowing what to do, I took my car to Citrus Kia because I felt like they are my family, because I just wanted their opinion about the color. The General Manager, a very nice young man, Paul Arduser, and the Auto Mechanic said I was right; it was a different color than the rest of the body of my Citrus Kia Soul. I called the Insurance Adjuster out to check out what Citrus Kia told me about my car. The Adjuster said it was an okay job and could not do anything else for me. I was very upset because my car in the back had a green tint to it and not the sparkling metallic color that the rest of my car has. I called Citrus Kia and Paul. He was out and he called me back. He said, “Don’t worry about it, we will paint your car, just bring your car in with no charge.” They did a fantastic job, my car is back like it was, and not only did they not charge me, they gave me a car for two days to use! I am 77 senior citizen who limited income. I am very grateful what Citrus Kia did for me! I thought everyone should know about what wonderful people they are and how they did treat me like family. I would like to thank Paul Arduser for all his help, in making my Soul Perfect! Paul is a very nice young man, who is a professional and has a big heart! I love my Citrus Kia Soul! Thank you! Michael was a pleasant person to work with. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. The only complaint we had came today when my husband looked online and the price you were charging for his trade-in. friendly and very knowledgeable. We ONLY got $5500 for his Rendevous and you are turning around and asking over $12,000 for it. I know you have to make money, but that is utterly rediculous. More

This was the worst car shopping experience we ever had. We were told we had to take the car for a test drive before they could tell us the price. Not to worry it would be in the price range we had told them. The car was beautiful and then we were told the price, it was $5000.00 over our price range. Then The salesman said that because they were having a sale, we should talk to the manager and he was sure the price could come more in line with what we wanted to spend. Jokingly the salesman said he was taking our keys because we would be driving the Optima home. We then were given numerous price reductions that we refused. We asked for our keys and at last had to demand that they be returned to us. We sent another salesperson in to get them, but the manager ignored her. We had been there for three hours. When the manager came out in 5 minutes he said if we would purchase the car that night, we could have it for the price we had told them we could afford. We said "No Thank You" and I suggest you do too. We were sure to tell all our neighbors about how we were treated, and it turns out one of them had the same experience. Spend the money it cost for gas and go to another dealer. We did and were so surprised. Believe it or not...The prices are on the window...And that IS the price. More
This dealership is not like all the rest. They value your time and don't make you wait while they "go talk to the manager". I was brought to the service department and introduced to the personnel there and was very impressed with the dealership cleanliness and comfort.
