My wife and I visted all different dealerships in our area to select a new car. We went into Citrus 1st and then continued on our search. We didn't make any purchase at that time but went out looking at other dealers to see what was compatible, we even went to another Kia dealer. We went back to Citrus Kia and was greeted by Al again and he remebered our name and the vehicle we were looking at, we were very impressed with his knowledge and great salesmanship. All the people that we have come in contact with in the service department, tranfer of registration and the girls in the office have been wonderful. MY PURCHASE FROM KIA HAS BEEN THE EASIEST, FRIENDLIEST, AND THEREFORE THE BEST AUTO PURCHASING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY ALWAYS SEEMED TO HAVE ALL THE TIME I NEEDED. Citrus Kia is like a second home to my wife and me. We have had a most wonderful experience dealing with them as getting our 2011 Sorento serviced there. To begin with , Paul Arduser, the service manager have had a most wonderful experience dealing with them as getting our 2011 Sorento serviced there. To begin with , Paul Arduser, the service manager is a most gracious and knowledgeable person. He makes sure all is right with our Sorento and that all of our questions are answered, according to our ability to understand tyhe fine points of the vehicles mechanical operation. In addition to paul, Al xxxxxx, our saleperson, took great pains to insure that the car we purchased is exactly the one we wanted. The owner, Steve Hiteman, has also given us much of his time. I could not have asked for more thoughtful people to deal with. That is why I said Citur Kis is like a second home, a family, to us. When I place our car in their hands, particulary in Paul's hands, I feel safe knowing that my wife and I are riding in a car thjat has been carefully taken care of. Thank you Citrus Kia. Comment: From the time I first inquired about buying options online, I was contacted by John Keegan, of Citrus Kia, within 24 hours. He followed up with me through email and phone repeatedly, but did not badger me like other( toyota ) dealers did. When I came in to meet with him, I was greeted as soon as I entered the dealership. John was friendly, down-to-earth, honest, and funny. He got straight to business and told me what deal he could offer me - which was lower than I was expecting to pay. After going over some minor details with the owner of citrus kia the price was set. He shared in my excitement when I found out I got the car. John was very patient with me, as I had a million questions. This was my first Kia after owning three toyotas. They simply helped me to understand the whole process. Citrus Kia has bar-none the best customer service, and I think it's safe to say I'll be a Kia customer for life. This dealership in particular is professional, friendly, and accommodating. The entire process was smooth from the first time I spoke to John on the phone, to the day I picked up the car (which was in immaculate condition). THANK YOU CITRUS KIA. More

From Carrie doing everything she can to get us scheduled in for servicing a.s.a.p, to Al and his extra effort to make sure we knew our options and how to help us get what we wanted. They are a great team. Paul spent time explaining and assisting us when we needed extra attention and Chris made sure we came away satisfied. My wife and I first visited Citrus KIA 1/7/12.We were in the process of looking at the different SUV's we would consider.A neighbor had purchased a KIA Sorento and she was very pleased with hers so we wante the process of looking at the different SUV's we would consider.A neighbor had purchased a KIA Sorento and she was very pleased with hers so we wanted to look at the KIA.(I guess we had looked at 5 other makes previously). We were greeted by Al xxxxxx who was very cordial and asked us approximately what we had in mind.He then invited us to drive the Sorento which we did.During the drive he proceded to describe the features and benefits of the KIA.I Realized immediately that he had an excellent in-depth knowledge of his product(much more so than any salesman we had previously worked with.)Being a retired sales manager myself,this was impressive.His presentation of cost and the value of my trade-in was without pressure.Since he did not have the exact color and features we needed he indicated he could have the exact car on the lot in short order with no obligation to buy if we were not completely satisfied with it.He got the car in,we loved it and bought it. Al's salesmanship was the main reason we bought however we were also very impressed with the clean professional look of the dealership and the friendly atmosphere throughout the store. We would not hesitate to recommend the car or the dealership to anyone. More

We took our Kia in because the Battery was dead. Mark said they would check out the Battery and Electrical system. He was going to call me and let me know what the pro- blem was. He called and said it was my Battery that was bad,and it would cost $148. dollars for a new one. I told Mark that I would pickup our car and buy a new Battery myself. He said that there would be a $48. dollar charge, which I said was fine.When I went to install a new Battery I purchased, I found that the screws that hold down the shroud over the battery had been barely started and not tighten. The cable to the Positive Post was left loose, so if they did'nt remove the battery cables it is possible that my old battery was good. It just had'nt been charging. Signed "Never Again" More
