My service advisor Moe was ready for my visit. She kept me up to date on the status of the trim repair. She showed me what they had done and why the service technician couldn't guarantee his res She kept me up to date on the status of the trim repair. She showed me what they had done and why the service technician couldn't guarantee his results. Although it didn't turn out to be a 100% repair at least it was an improved finish. The only thing I would like to make Kia motors aware of is it seems only fair they advise customers NOT to hand wax the vehicles with black trim because it appears to be a permanent discoloration despite all efforts to the contrary to remove the wax which is imbedded in the black trim. More

I enjoyed buying my last 3 cars from this dealership; The service department is the best anywhere. My only issue is the Manager up front (Mr. Mussels) up front getting involved while I was waiting for me car service department is the best anywhere. I like Dave and have used him from day one. The problem with Mr. Mussels, is he needs to take care of sales and let the service department do their work. More
