In Myrtle beach Kia I had to go in on my recent trip because my tire light kept coming on. They got me right in and fixed the issue asap with no charge. Called Jenkins for fun right after and it was a wait of several days to get on and a charge for the service. At myrtle beach.no charge for tire rotation when I went in for oil change. You charge $40. Worst Kia dealer I have ever been to. I have had 6 Kia’s since 2004 and driven Almost a million miles so I am a loyal customer. Got a flyer in the mail recently a about invoice pricing at dealer cost special for new Sorento. I have a 2020. Left a message. Got a call back from a lady and she was clueless. Said she could get me into a base entry model Sorento for mid 40s. Ironic since I saw a s prestige in your showroom loaded out at 35995. You have no clue how to sell cars. Can get much better prices on Tampa and Orlando. and salespeople know what they are doing. And yes since I have been here just after I get an oil change and/ or rotation I get a discount coupons on the mail good for 30-60 days. With 7500 between oil changes unless I drive 5000 a month the coupons are worthless. Brilliant marketing on your part when you know I can never use them I am stuck with you in Ocala so I will have to bite the bullet. I hope you keep Chris and he does not become disillusioned and leave I will not deal with anyone but him in the future. Your rating is only due to him.
