Once again and as usual, my experience in the Jenkins Kia service department under the capable and professional leadership of Lance Gansky is above and beyond all my expectations! I am made to feel personall service department under the capable and professional leadership of Lance Gansky is above and beyond all my expectations! I am made to feel personally valued and appreciated and somewhat of a VIP every time I step into the service department at Jenkins Kia of Ocala! From the moment I’m greeted in the outdoor drop off bay to the time that my serviced vehicle is returned to me I am pampered, constantly apprised of progress, impressed with the amenities in the service lounge and made to feel right at home. I’ve known Lance for approximately 10 years and he is far and away the best service manager that I have ever encountered in any vehicle service department, bar none! I'm 68 years old, and have made many visits to car dealerships for maintenance over the years. We just recently moved to the Ocala area, and I made my first visit to Jenkins Kia for service on my Spo dealerships for maintenance over the years. We just recently moved to the Ocala area, and I made my first visit to Jenkins Kia for service on my Sportage. It was by far the best experience I have had for car service. There are not enough accolades to describe how well I was treated, from arrival to completion. All I can say is that Jenkens Kia's Service Department will delight you in every way. They just don't allow disappointments. More

Had a very good experience. Service manager personally test drove the vehicle to figure out the problem. He knew what to look for. Eventually, the service tech did a "work around" since I would have had t test drove the vehicle to figure out the problem. He knew what to look for. While our service rep was on break, another service rep named Joseph Cabrera answered all of our questions and offered excellent advice and customer service. The young man who met us in the service bay ne named Joseph Cabrera answered all of our questions and offered excellent advice and customer service.
