My first service @ Jenkins We arrived at Jenkins Kia of Ocala at our appt time. They collected Information about us and our car and we were given an estimated time of completion We arrived at Jenkins Kia of Ocala at our appt time. They collected Information about us and our car and we were given an estimated time of completion. We sat back and enjoyed coffee and snacks in the lounge. They finished right on time and we were very impressed. Service includes a free car wash but, since ours was freshly cleaned, they opted to give us a certificate for that wash to be completed when we need it. As long as the quality of service remains high we will continue to use Jenkins. More

I went to Jenkins for my regular maintenance. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle while I was there. My salesman, Kevin Bruno, was great and very kind. He helped me to figure out exactly what I wanted in my purchasing a new vehicle while I was there. My salesman, Kevin Bruno, was great and very kind. He helped me to figure out exactly what I wanted in my new car. We found the perfect one!! Now, my experience does not end when I left in my new car. 3 days after my purchase I was involved in an accident at an intersection. I was struggling with the kia roadside service and could not get it to work. Not knowing what to do at 7 am I called Kevin and woke him up. He was amazing!!! Once again super kind and reassuring that he was going to get me a tow truck thru their service and he did!!! My car got towed to the Jenkins collision center where it is awaiting an estimate. I have been dealing with Jenkins Kia for over 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. I would strongly recommend them to my friends and family!! More

Had gas cap replaced under warranty. Engine light was on. Problem fixed. Also got a nice free car wash and they actually dried it off.
