NEW IN TOWN New in town....tire pressure light on...decided to have Jenkins Kia assist as I use KIA for my maintenance etc since 2016 when we purchased used Sedon New in town....tire pressure light on...decided to have Jenkins Kia assist as I use KIA for my maintenance etc since 2016 when we purchased used Sedonna in Chatanooga, Tenn. Jenkins discovered one tire with 12 lbs pressure and screw in it and 2nd tire with 28 lbs and a nail. They repaired both and treated me well. More

I needed an oil change. The service writer was prompt and l was advised that l had a brake service too. I agreed after the service writer explained why it should be done. Early is OK I tired to corridnate a doctors appointment and getting our KIA serviced the same day in Ocala. Well the doctor app. was really short and sweet, so o I tired to corridnate a doctors appointment and getting our KIA serviced the same day in Ocala. Well the doctor app. was really short and sweet, so off to KIA one and a half hours early. We pulled into service and Chuck greeted us and said not a problem, early is OK. He then checked out our Sorento and turned us over to Callie, very pleasant and by the way this lady can really mulity task. She took us over to Mitch in parts and he hooked us up with a paint color pen to match our paint, very nice. Having coffee Oscar greeted us our and asked us how we were and how our vehicle was doing. Oscar was and will remain our sales person, he is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We had a very pleasant morning with those folks. More
