Great Service Advisor I had some concerns about a previous oil change, and this oil change: the new oil looked brownish not light yellow. I thought that there was something I had some concerns about a previous oil change, and this oil change: the new oil looked brownish not light yellow. I thought that there was something wrong being done. Actually, Callie Zimmerman, the Service Advisor took the time to show me the blended oil right out of their supply line - it was brownish. Then she asked the Parts Manager to pour some oil into a bottle from a different oil manufacturer; it too was brownish. Bottom line is that many blended oils have a brownish tint when new. I was very thankful that Callie spent an extra half hour to prove that I got fresh oil that had not been tainted by crankcase oil. I learned something and was relieved and satisfied.
