He worked to ensure I found my perfect SUV and just as importantly, ensured I knew what was occurring asking each step of the buying progress. Brian Bly sales manager went above and beyond and back again, to really work out the best loan for me, including maximizing my trade in for the best outcome. I felt everyone I interacted with from the front desk to the sales team, were completely awesome. My finance representative,Cesar was truly the very best at breaking down all aspects of the financing and ensuring I knew all my options, how the pricing broke down, and helped me understand what each add on feature meant. It was my first dealership purchase and Max made me feel comfortable and in the know of what was going on throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Maxine to anyone who needs to feel like a salesman is on the side of the customer and not of the dealership. He was working for me and not the other way around and I could not have appreciated that any more than I did. Now I’m driving a car I love and I couldn’t be happier with how I got it.
