New car purchase Ed and Leo worked with me to get the exact car that I wanted that fit mine and my special needs son's criteria. They did their magic with the numbers Ed and Leo worked with me to get the exact car that I wanted that fit mine and my special needs son's criteria. They did their magic with the numbers to get me the most for my trade which had a huge amount of miles on it and got me financed with a lender at a decent finance rate. Ed made sure to walk me through the building and introduce me to the Mazda team(parts, service etc.). I hope to have my Mazda 5 for a while. Salesman said that the cost to install is $800 but because of the misunderstanding they would split the cost with me. I little irritated that I have to pay any of the cost to install the Sirius radio. I would have held off for a car that already had it installed had I known. More

purchase of new vehicle I went into dealer with my wife to see what price I could get on 2014 CX9 GRAND TOURING. I advised the sales person of a price we had from dealer in I went into dealer with my wife to see what price I could get on 2014 CX9 GRAND TOURING. I advised the sales person of a price we had from dealer in Ft Myers, Fl. and ask him if they could meet the price. He said he'd try to match it. After waiting for a long period the sales person said, "no we can't meet that price". I ask what there price would be and was advised "my sales manager said we can't match and did not say what he can sell it for", left us with no other offer so we drove all the way to Ft Myers and purchased the car. I did not want to drive so far, I wanted to buy local, I think it is a poor way to run a business. More
worst purchase ever! I had an appointment to purchase a new 2015 Mazda @ 9:00am . when I got there the first thing was that person had the day off. So they hooked me up w I had an appointment to purchase a new 2015 Mazda @ 9:00am . when I got there the first thing was that person had the day off. So they hooked me up with 2 other sale persons. The price they had advertised in the internet was not the price they wanted to sell this car for, plus they didn't want to give me what they said for my vehicle. then they couldn't find the car they had in stock but finally found it. we made somewhat of a deal and they proceeded to get the car ready. I went back to pick up the car and it had a dent in the body which nobody noticed until I pointed it out. I shouldn't have made the purchase after I did feel like I was flim flamed on the price. They gave me a free debit card of $25.00 But when I went to use it I could only use 18.00 dollars of it. I had called to complain and the internet sales person just laughed at me and said he never heard of that type of credit card. So i really don't care the how I was treated at all and try to tell people to stay away from the bait and switch dealer. More
