Both statement are 100% false. BUT he will do me a favor and give the next upgrade for a discount. I got my money back overnight, minus wire fee after the statement I made "I'm in touch with a lawyer" other wise they will start re-fund paper work. Bottom line they took advantage of the fact that I couldn't not come in person because current car is dead, and female over 65. Oh! the entire time the imaginary car was still listed on Jenkins website. More

This Mazda dealer, Jenkins in Ocala was terrible. We called a day ahead after seeing a vehicle online that was "In Stock". When we called, they stated it was indeed in stock and available (lie numbe We called a day ahead after seeing a vehicle online that was "In Stock". When we called, they stated it was indeed in stock and available (lie number one) and made an appointment to see it the following day. When we got there after a one-hour drive, we were told it by the Internet Sales Manager, Scott, that the vehicle was sold "5 minutes ago". Lie number 2. The vehicle was already prepped for delivery to another customer and had pinstriping put on it. Sorry, but that takes longer than 5 minutes you liar. Telling us that the vehicle was available was just a cheap trick to get us to come to the dealership. Then this A$%^# had the nerve to tell me he would locate us a vehicle! Seriously? You lie to us twice and make us drive out of our way and still think we would want to do business with you? Ha! Do these dealership owners even read these reviews? Do they even care that their hired hands flat out lie to people? Don't they understand that some of us victims have big online followings and are going to tell everyone the truth? These dealership owners MUST know how bad their employees are, right? Maybe they don't care! Maybe it's just all about the money. This so-called Internet Sales Manager should NOT be in a position to deal with the public. People who buy here must not read reviews. More
