One of the best service experiences ever. I was trying to get home to North Carolina after visiting family in Florida over the holidays and was having issues with my Mazda 3 shutting off due t I was trying to get home to North Carolina after visiting family in Florida over the holidays and was having issues with my Mazda 3 shutting off due to suspected battery issues. I was able to get my car started and made it to Jenkins Mazda. Phyllis was friendly and professional despite having already had a busy morning. After explaining my situation she made the effort to get my car right in for service since I still had a 9 hour drive ahead of me in order to get home. She and her team were able to quickly figure out that the battery and the terminal were both part of the problem and got me in and out in less than 2 hours from the time I drove up. I wish every place was as helpful as Jenkins! More

recall repair This dealership is always friendly. At my departure you all gave me a free car wash. I took advantage of it but I believe they were having a bad day This dealership is always friendly. I am wondering about their thoroughness but have gathered that some of the personnel perhaps are perhaps handicapped in some way.
