Leo Kasper -Service I bought my car in October 2012 in San Antonio,Texas .We moved to Florida in July of 2013.I liked my Dealer in Texas ,but I learned more from L I bought my car in October 2012 in San Antonio,Texas .We moved to Florida in July of 2013.I liked my Dealer in Texas ,but I learned more from Leo today 7/10/15 than I did in all the times at any other Mazda Dealer.He's ordering a part for my car & will call me when it's in.You have a jewel in Leo Kasper.He could teach Manager's a lot.Not only the knowledge of the product,but about how to treat customer's.I had my own business in Texas for 30 yrs. in Texas,& I wish I had known him then.I certainly have hired him. even with leaving the car overnight, I'll be back I had a flat tire on the back of my Mazda three this past Saturday, it was after lunchtime and I could not find a spare tire to match the brand on the I had a flat tire on the back of my Mazda three this past Saturday, it was after lunchtime and I could not find a spare tire to match the brand on the car. I called Jenkins Mazda who did not have a spare in inventory, they even suggested a couple of other tire dealers, They did not stock the tire either. But I've had really good service at Jenkins Mazda in the past and ordered the tire from them. The tire was ordered on Monday was too have been delivered on Tuesday and installed. But due to the storms in the Atlanta area the tire didn't make it till Wednesday. But even with this the service department came through. And of course thanks to Greg and Leo at the service desk and the coupons in the mail the car will be back for the next service requirement. More
