Had a great experience buying a brand new car for the first time today! My sales guy Johnathon was fantastic and finance guy Sean was super great working out all the details to make it happen. They were all extremely patient with me at each step of the process, answering all my questions and taking the time to explain the math behind the numbers. They were not rude or pushy and really listened to my goals walking in the door. Plus the dealership gave me an awesome value for my trade in and their year end sale on new cars can't be beat! There's a reason this location has such a great reputation. Will absolutely work with them again for future needs. More

When we were ready to complete the deal, we were pleasantly pleased to finance with your finance team as Sean acknowledged our hard work of getting exceptional credit scores. He talked with us, as we had planned to use our own finance pre-approval, and he was able to get us a better rate with Ally. We had previously purchased the same vehicle in June, unfortunately we were involved in accident and the vehicle was a total loss. The previous dealer did not let us know we could have had a lower rate and didn't care when we called back the next day. We tried to get them to work with us again. But they expected us to get a price and would match it. We feel that your dealership worked with us, not against us and we're satisfied. More
